Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy
Delivery:
All items are dispatched from Bulgaria (Europe, EU) and you solely will be responsible to take care for the import formalities and any taxes and duties applicable at your country of residence for all international deliveries of the products.
PLEASE NOTE : You will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order for goods, it is your responsibility to check that your import of any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
"European Union" and "EU" means the nation states of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (excluding the UN buffer zone and the part of Cyprus to the north of the buffer zone where Republic of Cyprus does not exercise effective control) including the UK Sovereign bases of Akrotiri and Dhekelia), Czech Republic, Croatia (From 1 July 2013) Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Hungary, Finland (excluding the Åland Islands), France (excluding Martinique, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Reunion, and St Pierre and Miquelon), Germany (excluding the island of Heligoland, and Büsingen), including Monaco, Greece (excluding Mount Athos (also known as Agion Oros), Ireland, Italy (excluding Campione d'Italia, the Italian Waters of Lake Lugano and Lvigno), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands (excluding Antilles), Poland, Portugal including the Azores and Madeira, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) including Balearic Islands, Sweden and the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands, Gibraltar) including Isle of Man ."Non EU means any other country not listed above.
International Delivery Lead Times:
Delivery lead times to international addresses will vary according to destination.
EU Delivery time frame : Between 5 to 15 working days
Non-EU Delivery time frame : 7- 20 working days
PLEASE NOTE: The transit delivery times, DO NOT include the time for knitting. The above stated time frames, apply after the ordered goods are finished and dispatched. If you require express courier delivery, please contact us and we will come back with updated shipping fees shortly.
It is solely your responsibility to provide us with actual and up-to-dated shipping address. Any lost or returned parcels,because of wrong or incomplete address are non-refundable.
Returns & Refund:
- You have 14 days from the day on which you receive your order (to your nominated address) to notify us that you wish to return an item. You may do so by writing to us at extravagantza.com
- You must then return your order in full without delay, by post (at your own cost and risk). For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and USPS Parcel Post) and make sure that you have a tracking number for it as we are not responsible for lost packages! Please make sure you get in touch prior to sending any items back to us!
- IMPORTANT - When preparing the parcel for return postage, CLEARLY WRITE on the package "RETURNED MERCHANDISE"; In case that such clear statement in easy readable text is missing on the package, we reserve the right to refuse paying of import duties and to accept the returned parcel. In this case it will be delivered back to the address, stated in the “Sender” section of the label.
- Send us the tracking number and the details of the shipping carrier used. If possible provide a tracking link for the parcel
- All goods which you are returning must be unused, unwashed, have all tags attached and be in their original condition (including packaging and labeling). If you use the goods or remove or tamper with any of the tags attached to the goods, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.
- Shipping/Delivery expenses in both directions are non-refundable as well as customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to your local customs authority. Certain countries permit refunds of customs duties paid on goods you subsequently return. You will need to apply to your local authority to process!
- Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to you in the original way of payment (your bank account, card or Pay Pal account). For Bank transfers this will appear on your account within five days depending on your Bank.
- In case that you are wishing to return an item after the 14 days period mentioned above 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items. A restocking fee is a percentage deducted from the sale price charged upon refunding a payment for returning an item
- For defective items, please contact us to arrange the most convenient solution for you.
When returning an item to us, please proceed according to the following steps:
- Use the contact form or the contact details, provided on this site to let us know about your intention to send us a package;
- Optional- describe the reasons behind your decision to return a merchandise

- After inspecting the content of the returned parcel, a compensation agreed at earlier stage with the customer (full or partial refund, or sending a replacement item) will be immediately issued;
- We will refund the full price of the purchased item. No restocking fees apply. We will not refund any additional expenses, like shipping fees in either direction, import duties and taxes;
- For all special orders with very specific and unusual demands, measurements that substantially differentiate from our size guide and product range or are featuring any other specific characteristics, which can make an item "special" , hence difficult for sale to our clients, the return and refund conditions are subject of an individual agreement and in this mean are not subject of the above conditions.
- 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items. A restocking fee is a percentage deducted from the sale price charged upon refunding a payment for returning an item.
